Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Brand new and unused outdoors: Due to the specific nature of inflatable tents and camping gear, we cannot accept returns for full refunds if the product has been pitched outdoors in dirt, sand, or rain, or if it carries visible mud, water stains, or campfire odors. We highly recommend performing a test inflation indoors or on a clean, protective tarp before deciding to keep the product.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and include all original accessories (e.g., air pump, ground stakes, guy ropes, and storage bag).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address without prior authorization. To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@fzwcamping.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (attaching photos or videos is highly recommended to speed up the process). If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions on how and where to send your package to our US warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Quality Issues or Incorrect Items: If the return is required due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs in full and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you are requesting a return for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the item), you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Because our inflatable tents are large, heavy-duty items, return shipping can be expensive. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund for packages lost in transit.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items explicitly marked as "Final Sale"

  • Custom or personalized products

7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refund Processing We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@fzwcamping.com.
